RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Richmond police searched for a driver who fled the scene of an accident Tuesday morning. Crews on scene said a vehicle hit a parked car at the 3400 block of North Avenue.
After the initial crash, police said the driver sped off and crashed again one block away.
Police said the vehicle flipped into the yard of a condemned home and the driver ran off.
The accident closed lanes on North Avenue and Ladies Mile Road.
