NORFOLK, Va. (WTVR) -- A scare shut down the Gilmerton bridge in Norfolk and diverted traffic for hours Friday.
Police said a worker found old military ammunition under the south side of the bridge.
The Coast Guard also blocked off all marine traffic moving across the bridge.
