RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) -- CBS 6 Storm Team Meteorologist Mike Stonesays winds will decrease a bit this evening into tonight. Under mostly clear skies, lows will dip into the teens to around 20°. Areas that had melting snow cover today will see untreated surfaces ice up.
