CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WTVR) — The case against a former Boy Scout leader accused of sexually assaulting a child is moving forward.
WCAV is reporting that a grand jury has indicted David Brian Watkins on one count of forcibly sodomizing a child younger than 13.
Albemarle County police say the alleged victim is a former boy scout in the troop Watkins founded and acted as group leader of until 2008.
Investigators also say they have reason to believe their could be other victims.
Watkins is being held without bond until his trial in April.
