RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – If you commute during the evening or early morning hours, there are a few lane closures you may want to consider.
Crews will be on scene along 95 North and South tonight and through the week for bridge work. Expect traffic to be reduced to one lane between the Boulevard and Belvidere. Crews will be working on sheet pile work at the bridge over Robin Hood Road. Crews are schedule between 7pm – 6am each night. You can use 195, 295 or the Downtown Expressway to avoid delays.
95 South will also have construction activity heading towards Chesterfield. The right lane will be closed between Maury, mile marker 73 and mile marker 71. Crews will be working on guardrail repairs from 6:30pm until 6:30am, through February 7th. Route 1 would be a good alternate to avoid the brake lights.
