RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Three early morning crashes caused major delays on 64 East and 95 South. Crews have cleared all activity to the shoulder.
However, expect residual delays heading in from 95 South towards Boulevard (mile marker 78)and along 64 East heading in from Staples Mill (mile marker 185). No need to detour but give yourself at least 15 extra minutes. Onlooker delays on 95 North have also caused a backup along 64 East at the Shockoe Valley Bridge (mile marker 191). Give an extra 5-10 minutes there.
