RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond police are investigating a two-vehicle accident involving a Richmond school bus.
It happened at Midlothian Tunrpike and East Clopton Street just before 9 a.m. Tuesday.
Police said a only a few students were on the bus and that none of them were hurt.
