RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) -The Greater Richmond Transit Company is upgrading and introducing new technology to help riders.
Zeb Elliott, Director of Information Systems, visited CBS 6 to preview brand-new technology that will allow GRTC riders real-time bus tracking technology.
Riders will see estimated arrival times, where the buses are and receive updates by text message.
