CHESTERFIELD, Va. (WTVR) — Some new apartments are being planned in Chesterfield County.
Developers plan to build a 600-unit apartment complex next to the new Kroger on the site of the old Cloverleaf Mall off Midlothian Turnpike.
The apartments are a part of a mixed-use development planned for the site.
Construction is set to begin later this year.
