HENRICO (WTVR) - A Henrico dance instructor charged with crimes against a minor is now facing five additional counts of taking indecent liberties with a child. Henrico Police said they've identified two more alleged victims of 34-year-old Andrew Defiesta. The additional charges were filed Wednesday.
Detectives said Defiesta had inappropriate sexual relationships with underage female dancers at the Regency Dance Academy where he was an instructor.
The married father of three was arrested in mid-November, after prosecutors said someone walked in on him having sex with a 16-year-old girl.
