Virginia Beach, VA (WTVR) – A Virginia university is warning students to be on the lookout for coyotes.
Regent University in Virginia Beach sent out an e-mail alert to staff and students after coyotes were spotted in a wooded area, near a student apartment complex.
The alert warns students to be cautious when walking in the area, especially after sundown.

But as with any wild animal, you should not approach them.
