Richmond police identify victim of homicide on city’s Southside

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond police detectives are in the early stages of a homicide investigation on the city’s Southside.

Early Saturday morning, officers received a call for a person shot in the 400 block of East 34th Street just off of Hull Street. Richmond police have identified the man found shot as Lynn Taylor Jr., 31.

Taylor was pronounced dead at the scene.
