CAROLINE COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Virginia State Police are investigating a crash that happened on I-95 early this morning.

It happened around 8:16 a.m. at mile marker 108.6 in Caroline County.

Police say a tractor trailer loaded with 77,000 pounds of tomatoes ran off into the median and flipped over on its left side.  None of the tomatoes spilled out when the truck overturned.

The driver, identified as 57-year-old Henry Lee of Mulberry, Fla., did not suffer any injuries.  Lee was driving from Florida to D.C. at the time and was charged with reckless driving.

Clean-up crews were on scene to help bring the tractor trailer to the upright position.  No lanes were closed.
