RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Expect delays and closures on the Huguenot Bridge today. Crews will be pouring concrete for the new bridge deck. Periodic closures of up to 15 minutes are expected. Use caution and avoid the area by using Chippenham and the Willey Bridge instead.
