RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Crews will be one scene again along 95 North today. Bridge work will have the right lane closed from 8:30am until 3pm. Use caution and avoid the area if possible. Expect the biggest delays between Laburnum and Boulevard. Route 195, the Downtown Expressway and 295 are good alternates to avoid delays.
