HENRICO COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The man accused of groping women while they shopped at two West End stores will head to trial early next year.
A Henrico County judge set a February 25th trial date Monday for 50-year-old Todd Martin.
Police say he’s facing two charges of sexual battery for fondling a 16-year-old girl and an adult woman in separate incidents. One was assaulted at a Martin’s grocery store, the other was violated at a Joann fabrics.
Martin tells CBS 6 in an exclusive interview that his anxiety medication caused him to stumble into the female shoppers.
