RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A crash is slowing traffic on Interstate 95 in Richmond Friday morning.
VDOT says the crash happened on I-95 northbound at mile marker 79, which is just before the I-64 split.
The interstate’s center and right lanes are closed. As a result, traffic was backed up around a mile as of 10:40 a.m.
