LA JOLLA, Calif. (WTVR) – Former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney was spotted late Monday night filling up the gas tank at a Chevron station in La Jolla.
It’s not surprising he’s being spotted in the blue state of California. According to the Boston Globe, Mitt and Ann Romney will likely be permanently moving into their home in La Jolla, the San Diego suburb that is sometimes called “where the money meets the sea.”
Romney has said that after the election his initial plan was to spend time with his family. He has five sons and 18 grandchildren, with a 19th on the way.
The Republican presidential nominee spent most of his career in private business. He’s run for office four times, and lost all but his bid for Massachusetts governor in 2002.
