RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - The University of Virginia presents the 25th Annual Virginia Film Festival in Charlottesville. Many films will be screened as the Festival kicks off on Thursday, November 1st. Film Producers Laura and Bing Bailey and Actor Todd Fletcher talked about their new horror movie, ‘Portrait of a Zombie’, that will be screened at the Festival on Sunday, November 4th at 9:30pm.
