RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Nearly all the charges against the protestors, arrested at a women’s rights demonstration at the State Capitol in March, have been dismissed.
In fact. 26 of the 30 men and women charged with trespassing had the charges expunged from their records Friday after performing the required 25 hours of community service.
The community service was a part of a deal previously worked out with the Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office.
