CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Several charges are dismissed against a Chesterfield couple whose company is accused of installing faulty generators across the county.
A judge dismissed 8 of 33 charges against Stephen and Angela mills on Tuesday, after they were able to prove that some repairs have been made.
The couple is due back in court October 2 to verify they’ve made repairs in connection with the remaining 25 charges. If that is not done, they could face a fine.
The Mills have pleaded no contest in the case.
