RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - One man is dead and Richmond Police are looking for two suspects after a fatal shooting in Richmond's East End on Newton Road.

"The men have been described as black males, in their thirties, one taller than the other, both with beards. They were seen with Carter, also a black male, earlier that night."
