RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – VDOT said all lanes of Interstate 95 are back open after a multi-vehicle wreck shut down the interstate Wednesday evening.
All lanes were closed on around 7:30 p.m. on I-95 north at the Chamberlayne Avenue/Belvidere Street exit. The left lane on I-95 south was also closed because of the wrecks.
Officials said through traffic should use I-295 to avoid delays. Local traffic on I-95 north can use the Downtown Expressway (toll) to I-195.
