Hopewell, VA (WTVR) – One Hopewell man is now $125,000 richer.
Jose Figeroa hit it big playing the Virginia Lottery’s “Queen of Hearts” scratcher game.
Figeroa says when he went to claim his ticket, he thought he’d only won $30.
Figeroa won the prize just after his retirement. He served 31 years in the U.S. Army.
