RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays along 288 North overnight and during daytime hours. A repaving project is due to have lanes closed during the nighttime hours. However, we have seen activity during the daytime hours on the VDOT cameras. Use caution and expect the right lane to be closed between Iron Bridge and Hull.
