RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Crews will be working along 95 South near the Bryan Park today, weather permitting. Expect delays from 8:30am through 3pm due to construction activities. Workers will have the right lane closed between Laburnum and Boulevard. Avoid the area by using 195, the Downtown Expressway or 295 instead.
