RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) — Richmond Police arrested Brandy M. Brown, 24, of the 3800 block of Baronet Drive, for shooting a store clerk. Police said Brown shot Marvin Polsten while he tried to rob Polsten’s store along the 1300 block of Jefferson Davis Highway on August 1, 2012.
Polsten survived the shooting and last week talked about the crime to CBS 6 reporter Jon Burkett
The Capital Areal Regional Fugitive Task Force arrested Brown this week without incident. Brown is charged with malicious wounding and use of a firearm in connection with a felony.
