RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – A suspicious package forced police to shut down the eastbound lanes of Broad Street for more than an hour Sunday afternoon.
Investigators roped off the area on Broad Street near Shafer Street after a suitcase was found abandoned in the middle of the sidewalk outside the Five Guys restaurant.
The suitcase was determined not to be a threat and the street was reopened.
