ON YOUR MENU: Triple Lemon Pound Cake

1  (18.25oz.) box lemon supreme cake mix
1  (3.4oz.) box lemon instant pudding and pie filling
4  eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1/2 can creamy lemon frosting
 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.  

Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, and oil in large mixing bowl.  Beat at medium speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.  Pour into pan.  Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into cake comes out clean. 

Cool in pan for 25 minutes.  Invert onto cake plate.  Cool completely. 

Heat frosting in small saucepan over medium heat, until thin.  (or microwave for about 10-15 seconds—do not overheat).  Drizzle frosting on cake.  

Serves 10-15.
