- 200 block of Wilderness Lane
- 800 block of Dixon Street and 200 block of Howison Avenue
- 900 block of Blue Grey Parkway
HARRISONBURG
James Madison University’s football field and adjacent campus were inundated
SPOTSYLVANIA
Lansdowne Road was closed due to flash flooding
