RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Evening closures on the Shockoe Valley Bridge could slow commuters down tonight. Crews will be in the eastbound lanes from 7pm until 6am for bridge deck replacement. Right and center lane closed. Use 95 and Laburnum or 295 as an alternate.
