CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Authorities in Chesterfield are looking for a man who robbed a motel Thursday in Chesterfield.
Chesterfield police said it happened around 10:50 p.m. at the Econo Lodge in the 2300 block of Indian Hill Road.
Police said the man walked into the hotel, pulled out a gun and demanded money from the cash register. The suspect ran off with an undisclosed amount of cash.
No one was injured.
The suspect is described as a black male, about 20-25 years old, 6 feet tall, and weighing about 230 pounds. He was wearing dark pants, a black, long-sleeved T-shirt, a black, baseball-style cap and a white handkerchief covering his face.
Police think the suspect may be driving a dark-colored, four-door vehicle with a rear spoiler.
