RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Officials are working to fix a water main break Monday morning in North Richmond near Virginia Union University.
Standing water was spotted on Brook Road near the Sledd Street intersection just after 6:30 a.m.
As crews work to fix the breach, motorists were urged to use an alternate route.
