RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect the the left and right eastbound and westbound lanes of 195 to be closed through Thursday. Workers will be on scene from 7pm – 5am, weather permitting. Ongoing structural rehabilitation will take place off the 9th Street Bridge, RMA Plaza Bridge and the Kanawha Plaza Bridge.
Avoid the area overnight by using the Powhite, Bryan Park and 95 to loop around that construction.
