RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) – Richmond fire crews worked a river rescue Friday afternoon after two adults and two children ended up on some rocks in the James River.
Richmond Fire Lt. Hagaman said the group got stuck on some rocks under the southbound lanes of the Powhite Bridge just before 5 p.m.
Fire crews helped the folks get back to shore safely.
