From throwing criminals in jail to throwing out the first pitch

RICHMOND, Va. (WTVR) - Rick Valentine served Henrico County for almost half a century. The Henrico investigator hung up his cuffs and decided to show off a different gun at the Richmond Flying Squirrels game. Valentine threw out the first pitch Thursday night, marking an end to a storied and decorated law enforcement career.
