Richmond, Va. (WTVR)--Police were called, at 10 p.m., to a shooting on the 2700 block of Hull St. in South Richmond.
When police arrived they found a man down, conscious and breathing. Richmond police have confirmed that the male victim is alive and has been transported to the VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Witnesses said that at least eight shots rang out and police have canvassed the neighborhood to get information about the shooting.
