RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect delays at the Bryan Park interchange today due to bridge work. Weather permitting crews will be on scene along 95 South at Laburnum. Expect the right lane to be closed through 3pm. If you want to avoid the area you can use 195, the Downtown Expressway. This is the only day that early construction will take place. Crews will be on scene overnight near the same stretch of roadway. 8pm- 6am.
