RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Weather permitting, crews are scheduled to work along 95 North and South tonight. Expect only one lane to be open in each direction at the Boulevard. Crews may also have exit closures near or off exit 78 as well. Try to avoid the area between 8pm and 6am. Good alternates are the Downtown Expressway, 195 and 295.
