CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – The personal trainer accused of secretly videotaping a female client while she changed in the bathroom at his home is set to appear in court.
Chesterfield Police say 40-year-old Craig Kirkpatrick is charged with misdemeanor unauthorized filming of another and assault.
Kirkpatrick claims he’s innocent and says his client assaulted him. He has filed an assault warrant against her.
Police say they will not act on the warrant until the conclusion of this investigation.
