CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Chesterfield County Public Schools are investigating how electronic equipment wound up in a dumpster outside an old high school Thursday.
A viewer contacted CBS 6 News after spotting the items in a dumpster at the old Clover Hill High School on Hull Street Road.
Chesterfield County Schools spokesman Shawn Smith told CBS 6 that the discarded items included old cassette tapes, VCR’s and overhead projectors. He says all items have been stripped of any usable material.
Mr. Smith said the equipment was disposed of properly according to state and county law.
