RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Construction is still scheduled for 95 North and South at the Boulevard tonight. Expect delays around mile marker 78. Traffic will be reduce to one lane so crews can work on the bridge in that area. There may also be exit closures and detours. Crews are scheduled from 8pm- 6am.
Avoid the area by using 295, 195 or the Downtown Expressway.
