RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – You may see crews on scene between Chesterfield and Richmond today. Delays along 95 North are expected between Willis and Chippenham. Workers will be working to improve the guardrails through that stretch of roadway. Expect delays from 8am- 5pm.
