CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va (WTVR) – Law enforcement agencies in Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover and Richmond are investigating whether or not the man charged with robbing a Colonial Heights Dress Barn Saturday could be responsible for a string of armed robberies.

He’s charged with use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, wearing a mask in public, robbery, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, larceny and 9 counts of abduction.
