The Virginia Supreme Court reinstated the law license of state delegate Joe Morrissey Friday in a 4-3 decision.
Morrissey lost his license in 2003 for failing to notify clients that his law license had been suspended in 2000.
In February, Morrissey took the written portion of the state bar exam. That was one of the requirements he needed to meet for his reinstatement, as ruled by the Virginia Supreme Court.
