CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WTVR) – Chesterfield County Registrar Larry Haake is warning voters of a possible security breach.

On Tuesday, someone found three pieces of paper with the personal information of several voters in a dumpster at the County Government Complex.

The Registrar has apologized for the error and says this is the first time something like this has happened. He says all of the paper his office handles will now be shredded as a precaution.
