RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) - Expect delays and shifts in the traffic pattern to continue along Midlothian Tpke today. Crews will have alternating lane closures between Covington and Chippenham. Avoid the area by using Powhite or Hull. Crews will have closures from 7am until 5pm.
