RICHMOND, Va (WTVR).- Authorities are looking for a suspect in a late-night attempted robbery and shooting in the city’s East End.
Both Richmond and Henrico Police responded to the incident, which occurred at about 11 o’clock Sunday night.
Officers received a call from the alleged victim; police said they located the man at the Henrico Arms apartment complex, with a gunshot wound to the shoulder.
The victim reports he was shot nearby on Parker Street and Darbytown Road. Police said the man was transported to VCU Medical Center with non-life threatening injuries.
Richmond police are investigating the incident.
