RICHMOND, Va (WTVR) – Expect major delay along Route 60 throughout the day at Bells Road due to a multiple vehicle tractor trailer crash. Police are reporting 3 fatalities in relation to an early morning crash. A logging truck as well as a dump truck spilling sludge were involved in this crash. All lanes are closed at Bells Road in Powhatan.
Detours will stay in place and lanes are expected to remain closed through the afternoon. If you’re headed east take Route 627 to Route 13. If you’re headed west take Route 684 to Route 629 back onto Route 60.
