HENRICO, Va. (WTVR)- Police are investigating a convenience store robbery that happened in the early morning hours Sunday in the west end.
Investigators tell CBS 6 that a white male suspect entered the 7-11 on Horsepen Rd. at 12:35 a.m. Sunday, waited for customers to leave and the proceeded to rob the clerk behind the counter.
The suspect made off with an undisclosed amount of cash from the cash register. He is described as a white male in his early to mid twenties. No weapon was displayed during the robbery, according to police, and the employee was not injured.
Police are asking anyone with information on this robbery to call Crime Stoppers at 780-1000.
